If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Items must be unworn/unused and unwashed with tags still attached and returned in the same condition as they were sent.
A credit note or refund will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.
We have an extremely high quality control process in place and we don’t expect any items to have a fault. However, sometimes things are beyond our control so if an item is received in faulty condition then it will be exchanged with delivery costs paid by Swish Lily.
We have made every effort to ensure the correctness of all details, photographs and descriptions relating to products on our website. We do our best to display, as accurately as possible, the relevant size, length, colour and dimensions where applicable of each product. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor and browser and therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any image is a completely accurate representation of the actual product.
