Payment
We accept a range of payment options to make paying for your purchase convenient, quick and easy.
1. Credit Card
We accept Visa/Mastercard via online merchant Paypal. You don’t need to have a paypal account to make payment. Just select this option at checkout and you will be directed to the paypal site to enter your card details. We receive your payment from Paypal without ever seeing your financial information. Your credit card details are not accessed, viewed or retained by Swish Lily. Paypal is completley safe and secure with your financial information automatically sent with a high level of data encyption.
All international purchases must use credit card or paypal account.
2. Direct Deposit
Payment can also be made by direct deposit directly to our bank account (Australian residents only). Simply choose this option when completing checkout and our bank details will be automatically emailed to you with invoice details. Please use your name and invoice number as reference on your transfer so we can easily identify your payment so that there isn’t a delay with the dispatch.
Purchases will NOT be dispatched until payment is received.
3. Cheque or Money Order
Payment can also be made by bank cheque or money order and forwarded to 40 Hudson Street, Whitebridge NSW 2290. Please make cheques payable to Swish Lily.
Purchases will NOT be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.
Delivery
All items in stock are posted within 1 business day of payment being received unless stated otherwise on the individual product description.
We take all care to keep stock levels up to date at all times on our site but unfortunately sometimes there is circumstances beyond our control. If you purchase an item that is out of stock or on backorder you will be contacted as soon as possible via email or phone and advised of the situation. If any delay is not acceptable to the customer a refund will be issued immediately.
Items are posted through Australia Post, or with Courier Please. This is to ensure quick and reliable delivery of all items.
Swish Lily will not be held liable for any parcel misplaced or lost within the postal system.
Please note that some items are sent to purchasers direct from our suppliers. If you purchase multiple items they may be sent in separate packages, however, if this is the case, you will be advised via email when your order is processed. You will only be charged one postage cost.
Postage rate depends on the article size and weight and will calculated at checkout.
International Orders – Swish Lily is more than happy to ship our items to overseas customers via Australia Post Air Mail Services. Please contact us via email for shipping costs and delivery times to your country before completing checkout. Please note that some countries have taxes on parcels and these costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Gift wrapping is also available on all small items. Send the perfect gift and let us do all the work for you. Simply choose the gift wrapping option at checkout and provide us with the message you would like written on the card. We will then send your gift directly for you to the recipient.
