If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Items must be unworn/unused with tags still attached and returned in the same condition as they were sent.
A credit note or refund will only be given on the item value. Delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost will be charged for exchanged items.
If an item is received in faulty condition then it will be exchanged with delivery costs paid by Swish Lily.
