Swish Lily was founded in 2007 by Jayne Day, a wife, mother to 3 gorgeous children and mumpreneur.

Swish Lily's mission is to provide an exceptional online shopping experience for our customers.  We want all families and in particular parents-to-be and parents to have online access to stylish and great quality products their babies and kids.  And most importantly, to make the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

This is what you can expect from us:

• Enquiries answered within 2 hours during business hours.
• All orders acknowledged immediately via email.  If you don't hear from us, check to ensure you have entered the correct email address. 
• Dispatch of order on stocked items within 24 hours during business hours unless stated otherwise in the product description.  If there is going to be a delay beyond this time the customer is notified immediately and given the option of waiting for the item to arrive or cancelling their order. 
• An email and SMS text message sent to the customer to advise when their purchase has been dispatched along with tracking information where applicable.
• Most items dispatched via courier for ease of tracking and efficiency.
• Goodie bag with samples, vouchers and magazines free with every purchase.
• No questions asked returns policy within 14 days of purchase as long as item is un-used.
• Customers can shop for all their needs in one place from nursery furniture, nappy bags, maternity wear, breast feeding covers, clothing for babies and children, sleepwear, swimwear, and bedrrom furniture decor.
