At Cushie Tushies your satisfaction is their number one priority, so please contact us with any questions or concerns you may have upon receipt of your purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the colours or styles of the product after receiving your order, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to exchange with your preferences up to 30 days from date of purchase. Unwanted items must be returned unused and unwashed to Cushie Tushies along with a completed Exchange Form. Postage is at cost of the sender** – to guarantee your return arrives in good order, you may wish to consider registering your post, as Cushie Tushies cannot be held responsible for any non-deliveries by Australia Post.

Should you find any faults with our product on arrival, please notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving your order. We can replace or refund any faulty goods up to 30 days from date of purchase. Products must first be returned to Cushie Tushies along with a completed Returns Form. Postage is at cost of the sender**– to guarantee your return arrives in good order, you may wish to consider registering your post, as Cushie Tushies cannot be held responsible for any non-deliveries by Australia Post. In cases where manufacturing faults are found on new products, Cushie Tushies will also refund the postage costs incurred by the customer.

Refunds and replacements will not be provided for stock that was damaged by the delivery service or customer.

Six month warranty

Cushie Tushies offers a six-month warranty on the workmanship of all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects such as loose elastic, burst seams, frayed material, broken snaps* etc. Our warranty excludes the following:

 

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Leakage or smell problems
  • Faults resulting from improper use or care


Products must have been cared for according to our ‘Use and Care’ instructions, a copy of which is included with every purchase. Products must first be returned to Cushie Tushies along with a completed Returns Form. Postage is at cost of the sender** – to guarantee your return arrives in good order, you may wish to consider registering your post, as Cushie Tushies cannot be held responsible for any non-deliveries by Australia Post.

Following our examination process, we will repair or replace the products at our discretion. Refunds are not available on warranty claims. Faults that are deemed to have occurred as a result of misuse will be returned with suggestions for how to better care for your nappies.

Replacements will not be provided for stock that was damaged by the delivery service or customer.

* Snaps should last the lifetime of the nappy, however Cushie Tushies are happy to repair any broken snaps after six months if returned (with original receipt) at cost of the sender.

** Shipping costs may be refunded where manufacturing faults are found on new, unused and unwashed, products only. Refer to Faults on Arrival.
